Take care of your eyes as you will never get another pair.
The Eyes are invaluable organs. They are known as the windows to the soul, they are one of the most important organs, yet it is a sad fact that they are the most neglected of all organs. The large percentage of people wearing spectacles proves this.
More often we are unaware of problems that our eyes may have; after a terrible accident happened the other day, that they realised the driver had vision problems, it is also in most cases, children fail in exams due to refractive errors in the eye; hence it is advisable to have an eye examination.
We advice you to have your eyes checked often, and to take care of them as they are the only pair you have...you'll never get another pair!
Like Mahatma Gandhi had said 'An eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind' let us also not indulge in acts which bring a threat to peace and harmony.

Give it a thought...
Not everyone has a perfect vision. In optical terms we say not everyone has got
20/20 vision. Most people hardly take care of their eyes, they do not even go for eye tests. The cases of blindness are high. How can you help?
First of all, one must understand how important the eyes are. If one does not take care of his/ her eyes, then the eye's may start to have problems and one can go blind. If one goes blind he has to start his life afresh like a baby, his activities would be impaired and he would be dependant on others.
While we advice all of you to take care of your eyes and visit your optometrist for an eye tests. We request you to consider helping the less fortunate and the blind in the community.
Some of the things you can do to help:
* Donate your old pair of spectacles to service clubs when you buy a new pair
* Donate to blind schools including visiting the blind and talking to them
* Be a volunteer/ Member is service clubs dedicated to help the blind
